When have you felt betrayed by someone? When has life handed you a raw deal? If we think about those times in life and what we were thinking and feeling when they happened, we can understand what Asaph was thinking and feeling when he wrote Psalm 73. Asaph is a worship leader and choir director for God’s people, and something has happened to him that makes him feel like he has been betrayed by people and life handed him a raw deal.
