Welcome to COMMUNITY!
We hope you experience a warm welcome and find a place of belonging with us.

Our desire is that we are Becoming Like Jesus Together so we can make a difference in our community and the world.

Through modern and traditional worship, practical teaching from the Bible and an attitude of love, COMMUNITY strives to help people lead authentic Christian lives in a world of rapidly shifting values.

When you connect with our church family, you’ll receive encouragement, support and Biblically-based messages that will help you grow in your relationship with Jesus.

We hold worship on Sundays, beginning at 9:30 a.m. Feel free to swing by earlier for free donuts and coffee!

History & Denomination

COMMUNITY is a part of the Evangelical Covenant Church where the vision is to join in God’s mission to see more disciples among more populations in a more caring and just world.

The Evangelical Covenant Church is a rapidly growing, multi-ethnic denomination in the United States and Canada, with ministries on five continents of the world.

Founded in 1885 by Swedish immigrants, the Evangelical Covenant Church values the Bible as the Word of God, the gift of God’s grace, an ever-deepening spiritual life that comes through a faith in Jesus Christ, the importance of extending God’s love and compassion to a hurting world, and the strength that comes from unity within diversity.

The Evangelical Covenant Church is:

  • Evangelical, but not exclusive
  • Biblical, but not doctrinaire
  • Traditional, but not rigid
  • Congregational, but not independent

COMMUNITY Covenant church was charted in 1975 and moved to its current campus location in 2005. We believe God has purposefully placed us here in this growing suburb to represent the imminent reality of God and the incomparable love of Jesus to everyone we meet.
